AOI automatic optical inspection is based on the optical principle and comprehensively adopts a variety of technologies such as image analysis, computer and automatic control to automatically detect and process the PCB defects encountered in production, which can efficiently and accurately screen out the defective products and avoid the defective PCB from flowing to the customer or the next process.
Flying needle test: the test probe moves quickly point by point on the PCB circuit board to complete the test. Generally, the capacitance method is used for test. When the measured capacitance is not within the qualified range, the resistance method is used for accurate confirmation. The motion position of each test probe is controlled by a precise transmission system, and the position accuracy can reach 0.01mm. It can test circuit boards with higher density and smaller pad.
For manual inspection, the company has a relatively complete quality management system, and professional inspectors are equipped in all links of production. From IQC inspection of raw materials, IPQC patrol inspection in the production process to OQC inspection of shipment, the quality of each PCB is checked layer by layer, which can greatly reduce the appearance defects, such as blistering, distortion, dirt and so on.
X-ray detection equipment uses the contrast effect image generated by the change of light intensity after X-ray penetrates substances with different densities to detect the internal structure of ultra-fine spacing and ultra-high density PCB circuit boards, so as to observe the possible problem areas in the PCB without damaging the PCB circuit board, such as bridging, chip loss, poor alignment, open circuit, etc.
Secondary element measurement: use the secondary element image measuring instrument to measure the hole position, length, width, position and other dimensions. Because PCB is a small, thin and soft product, contact measurement is easy to produce deformation, resulting in inaccurate measurement. The secondary image measuring instrument has become the best high-precision dimension measuring instrument.
FCT / ICT test, according to the PCB test scheme provided by the customer, includes test points, procedures, PCB test rack, ICT / FCT fixture and test steps, so as to simulate the input and output of PCB circuit and measure whether its value meets the standard.
