Thickness of steel mesh sheet:
0.08mm/0.1mm/0.12mm/0.15mm/0.18mm/0.2mm/0.25mm/0.3mm, of which 0.1-0.18mm is the conventional thickness, and the thickness of unconventional steel sheet needs additional expenses. If the customer does not give the thickness of steel sheet, the thickness of steel sheet shall be determined according to the component type in the document. Steel mesh opening: if the customer does not provide opening requirements, the resistance / capacitance / diode / triode, etc. shall be opened according to the 1:1 patch layer in the document; IC / BGA original width: open hole according to industry standard, length: open hole according to 1:1.

Mark point: generally, for the steel mesh of more than 42 * 52, if there is mark point in the document, the steel mesh will make mark point half engraved black. If there is no mark point requirement for the steel mesh of 370 * 470, it is not required by default.

PCBA test

PCBA test is a key step to ensure production and delivery quality. The test types are mainly divided into the following types:

ICT (in circuit test): it mainly detects the voltage / current data at the test point after the PCB circuit board is powered on, and does not involve the test of function keys or input and output.

FCT (functional test) test: it is necessary to burn the written MCU program into the program IC through the burner (such as St link and JTAG), so as to realize the corresponding function test.
